The death has occurred of
Cora McAllen
(née McAuliffe)
McALLEN (Cahergal Avenue, Ballyhooley Road and formerly of Old Youghal Road, Cork): On September 1st, 2025, peacefully, at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, in the presence of her loving family, CORA (née McAuliffe), beloved wife of Sean and loving mum of John, Shirley and Evelyn, sister of Michael, Tadhg and the late Mariette, Paddy and Donie, her adored 10 grandchildren, daughter-in-law Eileen, sons-in-law Alan and Declan.
Sadly missed by her husband, extended family, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Wednesday (September 3rd) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday (September 4th) in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Marymount Hospice.
