Cora McGettigan
(née Embleton)

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family of Cora McGettigan (née Embleton), New Line Rd., Letterkenny. Predeceased by her husband James, sons Peter and Philip and sister Anne Nic Ghiolla Fhearga (Dublin). Deeply regretted and sadly missed  by sons Paul (Galway), Jimmy (Derry), Eric (Churchill), Leslie (New York), and David (Galway), daughters Sandra Empey (Derry), Donna Ostojic (Medjugorge), Ursula O’Toole (Tipperary) and Cora Kelly (Letterkenny), sisters Jean O'Hagan  (Worthing England), Marie Curran (Waterford), brothers Lee Embleton (Basilton England), and Eric Embleton (Dublin), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, daughters-in-law, sons-in law, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, in-laws and friends.

Cora’s Requiem Mass will be held in St. Eunan’s Cathedral Letterkenny at 11am on Saturday 1st July which can be viewed live on the link http://www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny followed by burial in the family plot in New Leck Cemetery.
