Whelan, Cora (née Ennis) – 6th April 2026, (Kilmore West and formerly of Villa Park Avenue, Navan Road).

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of staff on St. Patrick’s Ward, Beaumont Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Percy and Patricia, sister Patsy and brother Stephen.

Beloved wife of John and loving mam of Maria, John, Sinéad and Orla, much loved nanny of Séan, Pádraig, Ciarán, Eoin and Conor and adored great grandson Daxley.

Cora will be very sadly missed by her husband, son and daughters, sons-in-law Aidan and Gordon daughter-in-law Fran, grandchildren, great grandson, partners, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at her home on Thursday April 9th from 4.30pm to 7pm.

Removal on Friday morning to the Church of St Luke The Evangelist, Kilmore West arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
