Cormac Christian O'SULLIVAN
Suddenly at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin. Sadly missed by his adoring parents, mother Barbara and her partner Michael, father Hans and his wife Judith, his beloved brother Fionan, grandparents Sean and Eileen O'Shea, Dick and Toni O'Sullivan and their families, relatives and his friends from CBC Monkstown and workmates in Activision.

Reposing at his home from 4pm on Tuesday. Removal from his home on Wednesday at 10.45am to St. Michael's Church, Dun Laoghaire, for 11.30am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, collection box at the church.
