Cormac Liddy

Cormac Liddy (formerly of Ballinacurra, Limerick), 14th October 2025, passed away peacefully at home in Geeha, Kinvara.

Predeceased by his brother Peter.

His bravery, humour and wonderful company will be missed by his beloved wife Lily, children Gráinne, Clíodhna and Cormac, adored grandchildren Harry, Bill, Charlotte, Rory, Emma, Danny, Louis and Finn, his brother Garry, sisters in law Marilyn and Bunty,

Gráinne's husband David, Clíodhna's partner Malcolm.

His life, and how he left it, was (as he would say) "ten out of ten".

On Friday, 17th October, Cormac will repose at the Corless Funeral Home, Kinvara, Co. Galway, H91R25K from 5 p.m. for family and friends to offer their condolences. At 7 p.m., he will then be taken to St. Ciaran’s Church, Doorus, Kinvara, H91 Y9V6, where he will rest overnight. The Mass and burial will take place on Saturday, 18th October, at 12noon.

The family has requested no flowers, but if desired, a donation in Cormac’s memory would be gratefully received by to the Irish Kidney Association, (link below).
