Cornelius (Con) O'Donovan

O'Donovan (Ballinspittle and late of Drominidy, Drimoleague) on November 1st 2025 (All Saints Day) peacefully in the care of Kinsale Community Hospital. Cornelius (Con) (Conn Ó Donnabháin), beloved husband of the late Noreen and dear father of Patrick, Loretto (O'Riordan), Orla (Collins), Conor, Sinead (Casey), Deirdre and the late Betty, brother of the late John, Mary Ann, Nell, Kitty and Margaret, and grandfather of the late baby Mary.

Sadly missed by his loving family, sister Bridget (Hourihan), sons-in-law John and Liam, daughter-in-law Cassandra, grandchildren Nickki, Bo, Edie, Shane, Louise, Anna, Padraig, Áine, Eilís, Dan, Cillian, Aveleen and Saoirse, great-grandson Fionn, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Con will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale on Tuesday from 5pm followed by prayers at 6.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in Holy Trinity Church, Ballinspittle which will be live-streamed on www.corklivestream.com/funerals, after which Con will be laid to rest in Ballinadee Churchyard.
