Cornelius Finbarr Madden

Cornelius Finbarr Madden, known to many as Con, to some as Nelius, formerly of Kinsale, Co. Cork passed away peacefully at home in Hertfordshire, England in the early hours of Wednesday 4th March. His wife Gina was at his bedside, comforted by his children Roisin and Finbarr.

He was much loved in the village by his grandchildren Fleur and Oscar and son-in-law Ian. He is survived in Ireland by his sister Claire, his niece, nephews and cousins and in the US by his sister Attracta. He has gone to join his sister Nuala in the life eternal. He will be remembered with much love and humour by his large extended family and by his many friends on both sides of the Irish Sea.

Con will be buried in England on Wednesday 18th March with a memorial service to be arranged in Ireland later in the year.
