Cynthia McCormack
(née Maxwell)
(Peacefully) at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by her loving family, beloved wife of Seán, much loved mother of Matthew and only daughter of Mildred Keyes. Sadly missed by her husband, son and mother and by the extended McCormack and Maxwell families and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway on Wednesday 18th September from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Removal on Thursday 19th September to St. Nicholas Collegiate Church, Lombard Street, Galway to arrive for Service at 11.00 a.m. Funeral after Service to Rahoon cemetery to arrive at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St. Nicholas' Church Maintenance Fund.
