Cyril Geoghegan

The death has occurred on the 3rd of July, 2024 of Cyril Geoghegan in New York, USA and formerly of Ballybeg, Ennis, Co. Clare,peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, following a brief illness.

Son of the late Patrick & Margaret Geoghegan, Ballybeg, Ennis. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Gailia (Hogan), his brothers and sisters.

Cyril, much loved father to Julie-Anna, Gisela, Danny, Chris and Lindsey (Rooney), adoring grandfather to Róisín, Áine, Fiona, Travis, Liam and Hugh. Cherished brother of John, Kathleen, Phil, Clair, Ita & Martina. Also missed by daughters in law, son in law, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, his many friends both in Ennis and in New York.

Memorial Mass on Saturday 13th July at 11am in Clarecastle Church. Burial of ashes will take place afterwards in the family grave at Drumcliffe, Ennis.
