The death has occurred of Cyril McNamee (Greystones, County Wicklow) 8th of January 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by his devoted family in St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin. Cyril will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his beloved wife Margaret (née O’Mara), his loving children Deirdre and Conor, son in law Darragh, daughter in law Bernadette and his cherished grandchildren David, Eabha, Michael, John and Andrew, brothers Derek, Clive and Greg, brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Patricia and brother Ron.
A Humanist Service to celebrate Cyril's life will take place on Friday 16th of January 2026 at 11am in the National Maritime Museum, Haigh Terrace, Dun Loaghaire (A96 C8X7). Family Cremation will take place on Saturday 17th of January at 12 noon in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross.
