The death has occurred of
DAMIEN BLAKE
Blake (Carrigaline and formerly of Cove Street), on November 18th 2020, unexpectedly at home, Damien, beloved son of Norma (nee Brown) and Michael, loving brother of Paul. Sadly missed by his loving family grandparents, Lylia, Pat and Sally, uncles, aunt, relatives and friends.

In accordance with current guidelines, Damien’s funeral will take place privately. Requiem Mass will be live streamed on http://www.mycondolences.ie at 2.30pm on Saturday November 21st November 2020.
No flowers please, donations, in lieu, to Pieta House.
