Dan Fitzgibbon

Fitzgibbon (Killowen, Enniskeane and Inis Alainn, Bandon): On December 26th, 2024, peacefully, at Cork University Hospital and surrounded by his loving family. Dan (ex Eircom and TKA), beloved husband of Jacinta (nee Coomey), and dear father of Susan, Kevin, Karen (Bigger) and Gerard. Predeceased by his brother John.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife and best friend, family, daughters-in-law Marzena and Jane, son-in-law Charlie, adored grandchildren Tiernan, Sam, Sophie, Oisin, Daniel, Emily and Ruairí, brothers and sisters Mick, Mary, Rita, Eddie, Noreen, Patrick and Denis, aunt Sr. Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Dan will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Monday (30th December) from 4pm followed by prayers at 6pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday (31st December) at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
