Dan Hickey

Dan Hickey, Doon, Kiskeam, passed away peacefully at Mallow General Hospital after a short illness surrounded by family and friends on February 1st 2026.

Predeceased by his brothers Benny (San Francisco), Jack (San Francisco) and sister Joan (Main Street, Newmarket).

 

Sadly missed by his sister Bridget (Lynch) New York and Margaret (Lochran) Millstreet, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends especially John Collins and Danny Fitzpatrick.

 

May he Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Kiskeam on Monday (February 2nd) from 2pm to 4pm.

 

Requiem Mass on Tuesday (February 3rd) at 3pm, followed by burial in Kiskeam Cemetery.

Dan’s Funeral Mass will be live streamed and may be viewed at www.churchservices.tv/kiskeam.

 

Dan’s family wish to express their sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Mallow General Hospital for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Dan during his final illness.
