Dan Shannon
Formerly of Kilnadeema, Loughrea on January 4th 2025 surrounded by his loving family at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe.
Pre-deceased by his parents William and Bridget Shannon and his brother Owen.
Beloved husband and best friend of Kathleen and dearly loved father of Geraldine (Yourell), Ian and Donna (Lane). Sadly missed by his adored grandchildren Hannah, Daniel, Gavin, Louise and Jessica, daughter-in-law Marilyn, and sons-in-law Johnny and Michael, sisters Frances O'Neill and Bridie Leslie, brother-in-law Martin O'Neill, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at Cawley's Funeral Home, Craughwell (H91W2V3) on Monday, January 6th from 5pm-7pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12noon in St. Colman's Church, Craughwell (Click HERE to view Funeral Mass). Burial afterwards to Ballymore Cemetery, Craughwell.
Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to Western Alzheimers.
