Danial (Dan) Mannix

Danial (Dan) Mannix, Ahabeg West, Lixnaw, Co. Kerry, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit and the Carrig Ward of University Hospital Kerry on 27th January 2026.

 

Predeceased by his wife Delia (nee O' Connor), his son Martin, grandchildren Shannon and Amy, brother Patrick and sisters Mary Gleeson and Kathleen Harvey.

 

Dearly loved and sadly missed by his daughter Doreen, sons Danny, John, Joe and Gerard, his cherished grandchildren Rebecca, Chloe, Alisha, Kelsey, Lily, Martin, Callum, Thavien and Grace, sisters Doreen (Portlaoise), Lily (UK), daughter-in-law, son-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at his son Danny's home (V92F384) on Sunday 1st February from 2pm-6pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Dan on Monday morning at 11am in St. Michael's Church, Lixnaw livestreamed on St. Michael's Church followed by burial in Kiltomey Cemetery Lixnaw.
