The death has occurred of
Daniel (Dan) Collins
On October 2nd 2021, peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, Daniel (Dan), The Kestrel, Jacobs Island, Cork and Loughcrot, Drimoleague. Beloved son of Vincent and Eileen, brother of Niamh, Fiona (Byrne), Orla (Mayer), Elaine and Vincent. Sadly missed by his parents, sisters, brother, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.
May he rest in peace.
Lying in repose at home (Loughcrot, Drimoleague) on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm for family and close friends, followed by rosary. Reception into All Saints Church, Drimoleague, on Wednesday at 1pm followed by requiem Mass at 2pm. The mass will be livestreamed on www.memoriallane.ie/livestream. Under government guidelines, the church will be limited to 50% capacity. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the MS Society.
