Daniel (Dan / Danny) Reilly
Daniel (Dan / Danny) Reilly, Cloontubrid, Drumlish, Co.Longford and formerly of Smear, Aughnacliffe.
Daniel passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 2nd December, 2025.
Pre-deceased by his parents John Pat and Kathleen, sister Margaret (McCarthy) and by his brother Seán.
Daniel will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Gertie, children John, Peter, Danny, Margaret (Farrell) and Catriona (Fanning), brother Eugene (Smear Hill), daughters-in-law Jen and Ciara, sons-in-law Colm and Fergus, grandchildren Seán, Brendan, Maebh, Lorcan, Niamh, Senan, Daniel, Kate, Eoghan, Jarlath, Fergus, Felim and Seán, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Friday 5th December from 6.00pm concluding with Prayers at 8.00pm.
Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday 6th December in St.Mary’s Church Newtownforbes at 12.00noon, interment afterwards in Newtownforbes cemetery.
