The death has occurred of
Daniel (Dan) Murray
MURRAY (Hawthorn Mews, Dublin Hill, Cork) On March 2nd 2026 peacefully in the presence of his loving family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, after a long battle with illness, which was very bravely borne, DANIEL (DAN), beloved husband of Dolores (née Ahern), much loved father of Elaine, Laura and Megan and beloved son of the late Peggy. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, daughters, sister Linda, grandson Daniel, sons-in-law Gavin and David, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends, especially those at Ridgid Tools, Lee Cabs, Castleview F.C. and the City of Cork Male Voice Choir.
Reposing at Home on Wednesday, March 4th, from 5pm - 7pm for family and close friends. Reception into Ss. Peter & Paul's Church on Thursday, March 5th, at 12.15pm for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm followed by Cremation at The Island Crematorium at 3pm.
