The death has occurred of
Daniel (Donie) McKenna
Daniel (Donie) McKenna of Cappa, Kilflynn, Co. Kerry, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 3rd June 2024, beloved husband of Eileen, dearest father of Siobhan, Michael, Kevin, Helen & Diarmuid and brother of Mary, Bridget, Joan, Tom and the late Eileen & Patsy.
Sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchildren, sons-in-law Joseph & Padraig, daughters-in-law Michelle, Olive & Kathleen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Thursday (6th June) from 6 to 8 pm. Requiem Mass for Donie will be celebrated at 11 am in St. Mary’s Church, Kilflynn on Friday (streamed on https://churchmedia.tv/Kilflynn). Interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Kilflynn.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society- Daffodil Nurses (https://donors.cancer.ie), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
