Peacefully, in the gentle and dedicated care of the staff of Carlingford Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Veronica, son of the late Daniel and Margaret and dear father of Margaret, Pat and Jim. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing daughter, sons, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brothers, sister, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Due to Level 5 restrictions on numbers at funeral ceremonies, Danny’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family only.

There will be an opportunity for the community to show support and to remember Danny by being present on the route, socially distanced, on Saturday, January 30th as the funeral cortège leaves from his son Pat’s home, proceeding to his own home, continuing to St. Anne’s Church, Mullaghbuoy, for Funeral Mass at 2pm and afterwards to Lordship Cemetery for burial.
