Danny Keane

The death has occurred of Danny Keane, Stonetown, Glenamaddy, Co. Galway, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Garbally Ward, Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe on the 3rd of June 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his parents John and Catherine, brothers Tom and Francis, sister Margaret, nephew Tony, sister in law Margaret Keane and brother in law Dave Robinson.

Danny will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary Robinson (New York) and Kathleen Guiney (Cork), his brothers Michael (Stonetown), Jack (UK), Billy (UK), Brendan (UK) and Martin (Glenamaddy), his sister in law, brother in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Glenamaddy Community Centre (F45Y03) on Thursday June 5th from 6.30pm to 8pm with removal afterwards to St. Patricks Church Glenamaddy (F45A339). Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday June 6th at 12 noon followed by burial in Creggs Road Cemetery.
