O’DONOVAN (Mardyke Street, Skibbereen): on December 7th 2022 peacefully at home in the presence of his family. DANNY (ex Cork Marts) beloved husband of Mary (nee Power), much loved father of Majella, Noel and Carol (Spillane), brother of the late Bob. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, daughter-in-law Anne (Hodnett), son-in-law Colm, grandchildren Aoibhín, Muireann, Padraig, Méabh and Daniel, brother-in-law Walter and his wife Anne, nieces Aoife and Áine, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Thursday, December 8th 2022, from 5.30pm followed by Prayers at 7.30pm. Reception into St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen on Friday, December 9th 2022, at 11.50am followed by Requiem Mass at 12 noon. This will be livestreamed via  www.skibbereenandrath.ie/webcam/. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick's Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.

Danny’s Funeral Cortege will leave St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen after 12 noon Requiem Mass proceeding via North Street, Market Street, Baltimore Road, Mardyke Street, pausing at his residence, Bridge Street, Upper Bridge Street and onwards to St. Patricks’ Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
