Daphne Walshe Tynan
(née Lumsden)
Daphne Walshe Tynan (née Lumsden) of Seapoint, Wicklow Town, died 23rd June 2024, peacefully, in her 81st year, in the presence of her family and the wonderful staff of Wicklow Hospice. Predeceased by her husband Bill and daughter Melissa, dearly loved by her son St. John, daughter-in-law Pamela and grandchildren Keelin and Kester. She will be sadly missed by her husband Tony, together with his family Lorna and Paul Vallely, Tony Jnr and Joanna, grandchildren Ben and Coco and by her wide circle of friends, especially in Delgany Golf Club.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, on Tuesday, 25th June from 4.00pm – 6.00pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 26th June, at 10.00am in St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Wicklow Hospice.
