Peacefully after an illness, borne with courage and dignity, in the wonderful care of the staff at St Joseph’s Ward, University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his grandparents Liam and Eileen McDonagh Kiltimagh and Tommie Joe Byrne Cloonterrif, Knock.

Darragh will be forever missed by his heartbroken parents John & Marie McDonagh, his brothers Cathal and Ronan, his grandmother Mary Byrne, Cloonterrif, Knock, Darragh’s aunts, Deirdre Kearns, Geraldine Donnellan, Nuala Wilker, Breda Hickey and Louise Byrne, his uncles Ronan McDonagh, Dominick Byrne and Liam Byrne, his aunts in law, uncles in law, cousins and extended family and friends.

Reposing in the family home at Cois Abhann, (F12 H264) Kiltimagh on Saturday evening from 4pm to 8 pm.

The funeral cortège will leave the family home on Sunday afternoon at 12.40 pm to arrive at the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh for Funeral Mass at 1.00 pm.
Burial immediately afterwards in

Kilkinure Cemetery.
