Dave Lenihan

(Formerly Knockaclarig House, Co. Kerry) Dave passed away peacefully, on Sunday with his devoted  family by his side.   Dearly beloved husband of Rita and much-loved father of Christopher, Mark, David, Tara and Eithne. Predeceased by his much loved brothers and sister William, Denis, Noel, John and Nora.

Sadly missed and mourned by his wife,  sons and daughters and their families, daughters-in-law Jill and Mandy and son-in-law Simon,  his cherished  grandchildren   David, Finley, Ava, Elsa, Calum, Katie, Harry, Isla, Cian and Mia, brothers Michael and Paddy, sisters Mary, Winnie and Peggy,  the extended Lenihan and O’Regan family and many friends.

A private family funeral will take place on Thursday, April 1st, at 1 p.m. at the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra.  Following a Holy Thursday ceremony Dave will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery.

The attendance at the Church, outside the Church door and at the cemetery will be limited to 10 people in accordance with current Government and HSE Covid-19 guidelines.
