David Appleyard
Appleyard David fondly know as "Chunky" of Clontarf, Dublin. April 11th 2018 (suddenly); deeply regretted by his wife Eileen, daughter June, son Kenneth , son-in-law Dominic, adored grandchildren, brother Douglas, sister Elaine, sister-in-law Pat, extended family and friends.
Funeral Service on Monday 16th April at 10.30 o'clock in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Seafield Road, Clontarf, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to R.N.L.I, Howth.
