The death has occurred of
David, CUSACK
CUSACK, David, (Tallaght and late of The Coombe), March, 24th, 2017, peacefully in the care of the staff at TLC Nursing Home, Citywest; beloved husband of Aileen; he will be very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons Keith and Stuart, daughter-in-law Suzanne, beloved granddaughters Jessica and Sophia, sisters Patricia, Marese and Bernadine, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght on Saturday, 25th March, until 5.30p.m. Reposing at home on Sunday, 26th March, from 5.30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Removal on Monday morning (27th March) to the Church of St. Aengus, Tymon North, arriving for 10 a.m. Funeral Mass and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only please.
