Peacefully at St. Vincent's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Joan and Sean. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, wife Pamela, children Shauna and her husband Paddy, Ciaran and his partner Niamh, Eoin and his partner Chloe, grandson Finn, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, especially all his work colleagues and friends at Leinster Rugby.

David will repose at Larkin's Funeral Home Edenderry (Eircode R45 VK24) on Monday from 4pm to 8pm . A Private Family Cremation will follow.
