David (Davy) Murphy

MURPHY (Cork) On 4th December 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the tender and exceptional care of the staff of St. Joseph’s Ward 2 at St. Finbarr’s Hospital, DAVID (DAVY), Blarney Street and late of Fords. Dearly beloved husband of Ita, much loved father of Judy, devoted granda of Joshua and Alicia, dearest brother of Michael and predeceased by his brothers and sisters.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, grandchildren, family, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Monday (8th December) from 11.00am, family in attendance at 4.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 5.00pm.
