David HOFFMAN
~~HOFFMAN (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) – August 16th 2014 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff in the I.C.U. unit at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park; David; dearly beloved and devoted father to Jake and Ben, beloved son of Heather and the late Louis. He will be very sadly missed by his loving sons, mother, sisters Susan and Ruth, brother Louis, nephew Sam, Orlaith mother of Jake and Ben, life long friend Kieran, family and friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin (Opp Sallynoggin Church) Removal tomorrow, Tuesday morning, to the Church of the Assumption B.V.M., Dalkey arriving at 9.50am. Funeral immediately after 10am Requiem Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice. Donation box at rear of church.
