The death has occurred of
David Kevin Ryan
Ryan David Kevin, (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) June 19th 2023 in St Vincent’s University Hospital, very peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and his best friends. David fought and coped with a long illness with good humour and unfailing courtesy which were legendary amongst his many friends, the medical and support staff in St Vincent’s Hospital and in his care home in Orwell Healthcare where he was widely known and universally loved. Through their inexpressible grief his parents Ben and Pat, sisters Niamh and Megan, brother-in-law David, his aunts, uncles and many cousins treasure the gift of David’s life.
The family are greatly indebted to the wonderful, sensitive care provided in St Vincent’s Ward, St Monica’s Ward and Orwell Health Care.
David will be reposing on Wednesday 21st June from 5-7pm in Carnegie’s Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94XK28). Removal Thursday 22nd June to St Patrick’s Church, Monkstown for 11am Requiem Mass followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium in the presence of his family and his close friends.
