Roche (Fermoy & formerly of Shanballymore) peacefully on December 29th 2023, aged 85 years, in the presence of his loving family and in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses & staff of St. Patrick’s Community, Hospital, Fermoy. David L. (Ex-Army Sergeant, 1st Motor Squadron) Clocar, 99 De Valera Drive, Beechfield Estate, Fermoy, beloved husband of the late Bridget (née Flynn). Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his loving sons Mark and Peter, daughters Sharon and Sinéad, daughters-in-law Joan and Annette, sons-in-law Noel and Seanie, grandchildren Phoebe, Craig, Zach, Holly, Jane, Scott, Barry, Adam and Seán, great-grandchild Ari-Ella, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Martin Neligan & Sons Funeral Home, The Old Train Station, Fermoy, P61K682 on Sunday December 31st 2023 from 3pm to 5pm. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy on Monday January 1st 2024, at 11.45am for 12noon Requiem Mass. Cremation on Tuesday January 2nd 2024 at 11am in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy. House Private Please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to St. Patrick’s Community Hospital, Fermoy.
