The death has occurred of
David Long
LONG (Cork) On 20th December 2021, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the tender care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mercy University Hospital, DAVID, late of St. Mary’s Avenue, Cathedral Road. Dearly beloved son of the late Thomas and Hannah and much loved brother of Elizabeth, Michael and Danny and the late Thomas and Margaret. Sadly missed by his loving sister, brothers, nephews, nieces especially Margaret, sister-in-law Bridget, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially his good friend Tommy O’Neill.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street from 1.00pm on Wednesday (22nd December), family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Reception into the North Cathedral at 11.15am on Thursday (23rd December) for 11.30am Requiem Mass. If you wish to view the Mass, click on http://www.corkcathedral.ie and follow link.
