David McGrath

McGrath (Cork) on November 15th, 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family at Cork University Hospital. David, Hillcrest Rise, Blarney Road Late of Winters Hill. Beloved husband of Eileen (nee O’Leary) devoted father of Jerome, David and Elaine. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, sisters Eleanor, Ann, brother John, Jerome’s partner Sophie, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends especially Jo-Jo.

Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Tuesday November 18th from 6pm-7pm with prayers at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Wednesday November 19th in the North Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to St Mary’s Cemetery, Curraghkippane.
