David Murphy

It is with great regret that we announce the death of David Murphy. David passed away peacefully on the 27th of July 2024 in the presence of his beloved family. His strength and resilience throughout his battle were an inspiration to all who knew him.

Pre-deceased by his wife Anne-Therese, his son Zeldon, and his sisters Vera and Ann. Proud father of Zenouska and Zephirah. He will be deeply missed by his loyal dog Punky.

He will be very sadly missed by his brothers Raymond, Michael, Thomas, and Paul; sisters Theresa and Sandra; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and his large circle of friends.

David will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham on Tuesday 30th July from 5pm to 7 pm. Funeral Mass will take place in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham on Wednesday 31st July at 10 am followed by cremation in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W.

The Funeral Cortege will pass by David's house at approximatley 11am on Wednesday.
