David O'Brien, Clieveragh, Listowel, Co. Kerry. Peacefully, on February 12th, 2026, surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the staff of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry. Predeceased by his brother Tommy. Beloved husband of Mary (Beades) and devoted dad to Sadie and Chloe. Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Brian and Maeve, brother Ray and his wife Aisling and their girls Caoimhe and Orlaith, his parents-in-law Eamon and Patricia Beades and their family, aunts, uncle, cousins, neighbours, colleagues in Kerry County Council and his many loyal friends.

Reposing at Lyons Funeral Home, Derry, Listowel (V31 PF66) on Sunday afternoon, February 15th from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Funeral arriving to Saint Mary's Church, Listowel (V31 RW98) on Monday afternoon at 1.15pm, with the Requiem Mass for David being celebrated at 1.30pm, live-streamed on www.listowelparish.com , followed by burial afterwards in St. Michael's Cemetery, Listowel.
