David O'Carroll

David O'Carroll late of Monkstown Farm, Co. Dublin and Bray Co. Wicklow. Formerly a Sergeant of An Garda Siochana, finishing up his service in Shankill Co. Dublin. David passed away peacefully on 20th December 2025 in the loving care of the staff at St. Vincent's Hospital, surrounded by his family.

He will be sadly missed by his sons Dave, Paul and Simon, daughters Katherine, Jennifer, Sarah and Genevieve and their mothers Elaine and Maria, 14 grandchildren and two surviving sisters Bernadette and Hilary, his extended family, neighbours, former colleagues and friends. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Helena and Anthony and five siblings.

Reposing at his son's house in Bray, (details from family) on Tuesday 23rd of December from 6pm - 8pm. Funeral Mass on Christmas Eve at 10am in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street Bray, followed by interment in Shanganagh Cemetery.
