Sadly missed by his loving wife Revd. Dr. Christine O'Dowd-Smyth and daughter Lily Mei, brothers Peter and Richard, sisters Rosie, Dorothy, Ann and predeceased by his sister Eileen, mother in law Breda, sisters in law, brothers in law , nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Private funeral service will take place on Monday 23rd March in Christ Church Cathedral followed by burial immediately afterwards in Johns Hill cemetery.

Due to recent H.S.E. guidelines regarding funeral gatherings David's Funeral service will be Private to immediate family and relatives.
