SWEENEY (Model Farm Road, Cork): On November 29th, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and friends and in the exceptional care of the team at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, DAVID (Jones Engineering), beloved husband of Tracey (née Corbett), adored dad of Marnie, Art and Harrison, much loved son of Noel and the late Marie, cherished brother of Melanie, Paul and Lydia.

 

Lovingly remembered by his wife, children and family, father-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, work colleagues and friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Sunday (December 1st) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 1.00pm on Monday (December 2nd) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
