Daughter of the late Paddy and Claire O'Grady and sister of the late Raymond.
Peacefully at Milford Hospice.
Deeply regretted by her family, her husband Paul, daughters Claire and Saoirse, son Paddy and extended family.

A service will be held at Shannon Crematorium on Thursday at 3.30pm.
