The death has occurred of
Declan Carey
Carey Declan, (Artane, Dublin, formerly of Donnycarney Road, Member of Laytown and Bettystown Golf Club and late of E.S.B, Polefield), January 19th 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the care of all the staff on St. Martin’s Ward in Beaumont Hospital. Beloved husband of Susan and loving father to Ronán and Caoimhe. Sadly missed by his devoted wife, son and daughter, daughter-in-law Sam, son-in-law Ian, grandchildren Jessica, Dylan, Henry and Meadhbh, brother Dermot, sister Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
May he rest in peace
Reposing at his home on Friday 23rd January from 5pm to 7pm for close family only. Removal on Saturday morning 24th January to St. John Vianney Church, Ardlea Road, Artane arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to St. Francis Hospice.
