Declan passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family in University Hospital Waterford.
on Friday the 24th of November 2023.
Predeceased by his beloved parents Sean and Stasia Clerkin.
Declan will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Anne, his adoring daughter Tara; his brother Conal and sister Aoibheann; his sisters-in-law Mary, Celia, Trish, and Laura; his brothers-in-law Eamonn, Nicky, Hans and Maurice. Declan will be deeply missed by all his nieces and nephews, relatives, extended family and many many friends.
The Clerkin family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff in UHW for the great care they gave to Declan during his illness.

Declan's remains will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co Waterford on Sunday, the 26th of November, from 4:30pm to 7pm.
All are welcome
Declan's Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, the 27th of November, at 10am at The Holy Cross Church, Tramore Co. Waterford, with burial immediately afterwards in St. Declan's Cemetery. For those who wish to take part in Declan's Requiem Mass remotely, please follow the link below.
Declan's funeral cortege will walk from Tramore Credit Union (Weather Permitting) at approximately 09:45am arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am.
