Declan Conlon
Conlon (Glasnevin) November 22nd 2014 Suddenly, Declan, beloved husband of Adrienne and beloved father to Darragh and Gavin. Declan will be greatly missed by his loving family his mother Frances, sister Jean, brothers David and Brian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Removal on Wednesday evening from the Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West to Our Mother of Divine Grace Church, Ballygall Road East arriving at 5.30pm. Funeral on Thursday after 10am Mass to Glasnevin Cemetery.
