Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Much loved husband of Margaret, beloved father of Mari, Jamie and Elaine, loving grandad of Noah and dear brother of Kevin and Deirdre. Deckie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, son, daughters, grandson, brother, sister, daughter in law Esther, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, his work family at Ryng’s past and present, relatives, neighbours, his team mates at Wilton Bowls Club and a wide circle of friends.
May Deckie rest in peace.
Deckie will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh, P24Y383, on Sunday August 25th from 4pm with prayers at 6pm. Removal on Monday August 26th at 10.30am to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
