Died 4th October 2019, peacefully at home.
Late of 56 Dunmurry Lodge, Belfast.
Beloved son of Olive and Jonathan, wonderful brother of Siobhán and Aodhán, devoted uncle and godfather to Ríoghnach.
Will be deeply missed by his mother and father, brother and sister, grandmother Ita, and uncle Mark.
Declan's remains will leave his late home on Tuesday 8th October at 9:30am to arrive at St Anne’s Church (Kingsway, Finaghy) for Requiem Mass at 10:00am, then afterwards to Blaris Cemetery for burial.
