FAULKNER, Declan, 1st April, 2026, Orwell Park, Templeogue, D.6W. Peacefully surrounded by his family in the care of the wonderful staff of Tallaght University Hospital.

 

Beloved husband of Colette, loving and much-loved dad of Sharon, Declan and Mark. Declan will be forever loved and dearly missed by his wife, sons and daughter, son-in-law David, daughters-in-law Marie and Jill, his adored grandchildren Ciara, Declan, Luke, Ava, Adam, Leo and Ruby and great- grandchildren Ollie and Fiadh, sister Olive, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family, relatives and friends.

 

May he Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at his home on Tuesday evening, 7th April from 5pm - 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of St. Jude the Apostle, Orwell Park, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon followed by cremation in Newlands Crematorium.
