Declan Fitzpatrick

The death has occurred of Dr. Declan Fitzpatrick of Tara House, Co. Wicklow.

 

He died peacefully on 24th March 2025, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Wicklow Hospice.

 

Declan will be deeply missed by his family, Sunniva, Moninne, Gearóid, his nephews Rónán, Cillian, Eoin and nieces Síofra and Sorcha.

 

He will be fondly remembered by his music family and work colleagues.

Reposing in Byrne’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Aughrim, Y14 T9C4 on Thursday 27th March from 4pm to 6pm, concluding with prayers.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday 28th March at 2pm in Holy Trinity Church, Castlemacadam, Avoca, Co. Wicklow, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
