Declan Flanagan

Declan passed away peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Orchard Ward, Portiuncula Hospital.

Predeceased by his beloved daughter Deirdre, brothers Billy, Frank and Fr. Joe and sisters Megan and Helen.

Declan will be sadly missed by his loving wife Evelyn, brother Tom, daughters Geraldine, Oonagh and Maeve, sons Declan and Kevin, sons-in-law Kieran Kilmartin, Aengus Parsons, John Courtney and Vinny Barletta, daughters-in-law Lindsey Clarke and Brenda Loughnane, grandchildren Emma and James; Cian, Dara and Meadhbh; Aoife and Orla; Adam and Sofia; Mabel and Hugo; Caoimhe, Danu and Will, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

May His Kind And Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Declan will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Thursday, the 19th of February, from 5pm to 7pm, with removal afterwards to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe (H53 CV05). Declan's Requiem Mass will take place on Friday at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery.
