Declan Leavy: Station Road and The Newtown Moate Co Westmeath, 13th January 2026. Peacefully at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary Jo, dearly loved grandson Max his beautiful sisters Colette and Ann Vera and his brothers Anthony, Michaél and Aloysius.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ann, his children Diane, Michael, Grace, Declan and Derbhal, sons-in- law Marc and Paul and daughter-in-law Amanda. Adored by his wonderful grandchildren Alice, Medb, Imogen, Sam, Jude, Lewis, Lucas, Daniel and Everlie, his sisters Marguerite and Elizabeth, his dearly loved nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home Moate this Thursday(15th) from 5.30pm to conclude with Funeral Prayers at 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Carmelite Church, Moate arriving 11.50am for Funeral Prayers. Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilcurley Cemetery, Tubber.
