The death has occurred of Declan McCabe. Mile River, Carrickmacross. 29th April 2023. Peacefully, at his home, surrounded by his beloved family. Predeceased by his parents Jack & Mary, his sisters Angeline (McEneaney), Colette (Tierney) & Valerie (Flynn) & his brother Cyril.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved family, his brothers Eamonn, Dermot, Donal & Enda and his sisters Cynthia (Meegan) & Jacqueline, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his aunt Maisie (Cunningham), nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives, friends & neighbours.

Declan will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Monday, 1st May, from 3pm until 7pm. 

Declan's funeral cortège will leave the funeral home on Tuesday, 2nd May, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
